Welcome to TrendDelta ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website (trenddelta.co) and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Description of Service

TrendDelta provides social media intelligence and data analysis. We offer a free weekly newsletter highlighting macro trends, as well as a paid "Custom Daily Plan" that tracks specific accounts requested by the user.

2. Subscriptions, Payments, and Cancellations

• Billing: The Custom Daily Plan is a recurring monthly subscription billed at the Founding Price of $39/month. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, you can use the billing portal link provided in your welcome email or email us directly at walidghenaiet02@gmail.com. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

3. Refund Policy

Because TrendDelta provides immediate access to proprietary digital information and data reports, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or prorated credits for partially used billing periods.

4. Acceptable Use and Anti-Scraping

Our reports and data are provided for your personal or internal agency use. You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, or publicly publish the private intelligence reports provided in the Custom Daily Plan.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to extract data from our website.
• Use our service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

5. Limitation of Liability (No Guarantees)

TrendDelta is a data analysis tool, not a marketing agency. We provide intelligence based on statistical outliers and historical data.

• No Virality Guarantee: We make no promises, representations, or guarantees regarding the performance, views, virality, or financial success of your social media content.
• Platform Independence: We are an independent intelligence tool and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or any other social media platform.
• Under no circumstances shall TrendDelta or its founder be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Custom Daily Plan and our services at any time, without prior notice or refund, if we determine you have violated these Terms of Service (such as reselling our reports or initiating fraudulent chargebacks).
